Enter Results - All Advertising Levels

Entering your advertising activity results is easy. A variety of statistics can be entered.

Every advertising level offers the results entry function. Simply enter your results as close to your activity level as possible.

A simple example: Flyers can be a very effective method of promotion for your small business. However, you may also have some online internet advertising that works well also. Online internet advertising is easy to track if the prospect comes to your website and orders AND all tracking options are properly setup. But what happens if the prospect calls your phone number? Do you know if this is in response to your online advertising or your flyer?

The solution is simply to ask the prospect when you speak to them on the phone. e.g. "How did you hear about us?". Most prospects will know whether they read your advertisement on the internet or on a flyer. However, they may not remember which website it was, or which flyer - if you have multiple flyers being used.

In this simple advertising example then the solution would be to enter the advertising result at either the website campaign level or the Flyers level. It would be better from an analysis perspective to record this at a lower level, such as ad group, or better yet the actual site or flyer location but having advertising feedback at any level is better than nothing at all!

This is just one simple example of tracking your advertising activities. Much flexibility is provided by the software to allow you complete freedom in defining the structure of your advertising activities.
