A Contact is simply a sales prospect. It represents a real person. Basic information
can be entered about this person.

Depending on where in the Activity Hierarchy this contact is (Contact2 or Contact3),
only an Ad Message, the next level of advertising, can be added.
Ads can be added simply by right-clicking your mouse on the Contact node of the
activities tree. A pop up menu will display, click on the "Add Ad" option. See
Ad Maintenance for instructions on how to maintain an advertising ad.
As with all of the advertising levels, the results of your advertising activities
can be added at this level. See
