Export / Import maintenance does not have any required entry fields. However, it will only export data if one or more of the activity levels are selected.

Export / Import Maintenance Procedure

Select the activity levels you want to export. Only those levels which are underneath the currently selected activity will be enabled. The All check box allows you to toggle all the activities either selected or unselected.

The activity date will default to the current date, but can be changed to a different value. This date value will be imported as the followup date, giving you the ability to views only these activities in the "Activity To-Do Tasks" screen.

The import function will add all of the activities previously exported to the selected text file. It will add them under the currently selected activity node. If a text file was exported from a higher level, then only the levels lower than the currently selected activity will be imported.

How to export / import Advertising Activities

All of the advertising activity nodes have an option for export and import. Simply right-click on the node in the activities tree which you want to export or import. Click on the desired option. Follow the Export / Import Maintenance Procedure above.
