Vendor Maintenance

Advertising Vendor Maintenance

Vendor maintenance has only screen field as required entry: Name. The title of the screen will change depending on whether you are adding a new vendor or changing an existing vendor.

Vendor Maintenance Procedure

  1. Enter the Vendor's Name - This is a required entry. All alpha-number characters are allowed.
  2. Enter the Vendor's Site URL - This is a required entry. All alpha-number characters are allowed.
  3. Enter the Vendor's Contact Name - This is an optional entry. All alpha-number characters are allowed.
  4. Enter the Vendor's Contact Email Address - This is an optional entry. All alpha-number characters are allowed.
  5. Enter any Notes - This is an optional entry. Any user notes can be entered here. All alpha-number characters are allowed.
  6. Click on the Accept button to save any changes. Click on the Cancel button to close without saving changes.

How to add an Advertising Vendor activity

Right-click on the selected Ad node in the activities tree. Click on the Add Vendor option. Follow the Vendor Maintenance Procedure above.

How to change an Advertising Vendor activity

Right-click on the Vendor node in the activities tree which you want to change. Click on the Edit Vendor option. Follow the Vendor Maintenance Procedure above.

How to delete an Advertising Vendor activity

Right-click on the Vendor node in the activities tree which you want to remove. Click on the Delete Vendor option. Click on the "Ok" button on the Confirmation screen. WARNING! - All advertising activities below this vendor will also be removed.
