There is no screen associated with this tools menu option.

Compacting the database is a function provided by Microsoft for the SQL Server Compact database used by the Advertiser Helper software. This menu option simply gives you the ability to invoke it.

The database has built in features to automatically reduce the database as data is removed. You should not have to run this option on a regular basis, unless you need to reduce the size of the database file. More details can be found at: SQL Server Compact Edition from Microsoft.
