There is no screen associated with this tools menu option.

Repairing the database is a function provided by Microsoft for the SQL Server Compact database used by the Advertiser Helper software. This menu option simply gives you the ability to invoke it.

This option should not have to be used, unless you are having problems with the database. More details can be found at: SQL Server Compact Edition from Microsoft.
